Muscle Ache

Its been nothing but exercise and stamina training over the last two days. I've put on some weight ever since i got back from UK and recent Chinese New Year celebration had poured in some extra kilograms as well. Its time to shake off some extensive body fat.

I was not once, but several times, probably countless, being argue of underweight. Even when my BMI (Body Mass Index) shows that im in the right condition, they still none the less, claimed that im skinny. They were like, "OMG!!! How come your brother is so fit, and you are so thin? He took all your food ah?". I guess i did boast a little. LOL.

Went hiking on Sunday. A swimming lesson on Monday afternoon, and badminton in the evening. Now im experiencing muscle ache. Ouch! However, its feels great. It good to feel young again.

I guess i need to start packing. I'll be heading to Thailand this Friday morning, and be back again on 17th night. 9 of us in 5 days 4 nights trip. Visiting Koh Rok, Phi Phi Island and Phuket. I'll be out of contact during that period of time as i've deactivated my mobile's roaming service, cause its FREAKING expensive! Its something you just dont want to try. Trust me.
